I'm very proud to be exhibiting at RHS Rosemoor 11th October - 13th October. Even though bamboo is technically a grass, they're still happy to have me at their celebration of wood craft and autumn colour in their beautiful wooded Devon valley. In their own words: "RHS Garden Rosemoor's Autumn Woodfest will be a fun-filled weekend of activities, wood crafts, yoga, great food and talks, plus much more for all the family" and I'd love to see you there!

This week is all about prepping for the lovely Festival of Nature in Bristol harbourside, which I'm chuffed to be part of this weekend. From a secret mobile cinema, to studying fossils and perhaps a visiting Dinosaur! It's the largest free nature festival and well worth a visit, even if you don't browse the eco-friendly design market :)  The third year in a row that my drawing and colouring in has turned up in The Guardian Christmas Gift Guide, and it never gives me butterflies any less. From my quieter Leafy range (which came before the Inky Animals but no one really bought it! Maybe they will this year.) Get your own here. Any other products you'd like to see? Just let me know! Another work-in-progress Inky pet portrait... This little lady is a tiny Dachshund, which is super fun to say. Fancy your own? Get in touch!  It's been on my "to visit and photograph" list for a long time, and was the perfect opportunity to try out my new wide angle lens. A Victorian tame rainforest, prancing peacocks and a tree top walkway - what's not to love? It was a wonderful day (storm sheltering in deserted glass houses included) and gave me lots of inspiration for new designs! Watch this space... Last year I had the super fun task of creating some wedding Save The Dates for a bride getting married in a South African Elephant park. How. Cool. And now it's invite time! As is always the way, firstly I created a range of options for the bride to choose from. (Let's be honest it's the bride and not the fella.) The brief was modern-vintage, maybe with greens and doilies. 
Once a choice had been made and details finalised, I set to work!

I am finally on it! Find me @katemoby. So far only iPhone pics on there, mostly of the outside world when I manage to pry myself out of the studio and work in progress... And none of my dinner, I promise! I enjoyed working with a lovely group of ladies on Saturday, teaching my simple screen printing method, and was very impressed with their beautiful results! My Inky Animals have been my most faithful sellers, I owe those furry faces a lot! I've been meaning to expand the range for a while, and have finally had a bit of time to do so. They'll soon be able available as cards, phone cases and maybe some new products that are in the pipeline! I still have a couple I'd like to work on, like a dog and a cow, which I think would be fun... Any suggestions to expand the range? I do take requests!
