I don't know about you, but one of my favourite things about designing is seeing it transform form an idea or a sketch in to real life. It's not always a possibility to see the end result however, so I've trawled the web for impressive free templates to mock up design ideas into reality. It can also be a really useful tool to help Clients visualise what you are designing. Enjoy! Click on the image for the download page. PS Please note I haven't used them all myself yet so you're not allowed to be sad with me if some don't work well. (But please do let me know.)

Last year I had the super fun task of creating some wedding Save The Dates for a bride getting married in a South African Elephant park. How. Cool. And now it's invite time! As is always the way, firstly I created a range of options for the bride to choose from. (Let's be honest it's the bride and not the fella.) The brief was modern-vintage, maybe with greens and doilies. Once a choice had been made and details finalised, I set to work! If you have any wedding requirments, large or small, please get in touch.
Woo, I managed it! One of my wholesale orders from Top Drawer - some epic bamboo whittling required for Dulwich Picture Gallery and British Design British Made... Sorry pandas!
Things have been flat out juggling commuting to moo ever day and getting ready for Top Drawer... In amongst all this juggling, I've managed to put together some new products that I'm officially launching at the show, hope you like them! Available in the shop!
Here it is! The launch of the projects that I've been working on at moo. Luxe has a seam of colour, either black, blue, red or white. And we got some lovely pressies to say thanks for our work, including a hand written note from the CEO. Ace.
I've just started freelancing for the lovely people at MOO.com.
They may or may not be releasing some shiny new things soon, and I may or may not have been creating graphics and visualisation work for them! With the amount of free food that flies around, the 2 hour ish commute is totally worth it! For my products on Society 6 until Sunday 12th May 2013. (See here and here for some examples!) Just follow this link.
Apparently they've also added Samsung Galaxy S4 cases, marvellous! Back in January I worked on a logo for a new preserve company. You can see the full story here. Production has started, and I spotted a photograph of the final design in situ on the product. One of my favourite parts of what I do - assisting to help businesses realise their goal. Society 6, stockists of my phone covers and other goodies, have just started making iPad cases! Even more helpful, if you follow this friends and family promo link, you get free shipping until April 14th. Not too shabby. Anyone want to give me an iPad..?
It was lovely to hear from a happy Etsy buyer who bought one of my hand carved bamboo pens...
Thanks for my bamboo pen, I love it! It's so nice to use something so natural to draw with! Gave you a mention on my lettering blog. Check her out! Below shows the "first attempt" that she posted - most impressive! If you'd like a pen of your own, you can order through the shop here, Etsy or Folksy. You might even pick up a bargain on eBay if you look hard enough! |
