It's taken a while, but I've finally spruced up my Wedding Photography page, with slideshows and galleries and other sparkly jazz. I'd love to hear any thoughts about it!
To celebrate this somewhat major achievement, I'm offering 25% off any wedding bookings made until the end of May 2013. Aannddd... GO!
Back in January I worked on a logo for a new preserve company. You can see the full story here. Production has started, and I spotted a photograph of the final design in situ on the product. One of my favourite parts of what I do - assisting to help businesses realise their goal.

I've just come back after a week of rural enforced radio silence in beautiful Springtime Cornwall. Part of the reason for the trip was to teach a Food Photography Workshop for The Hedgecombers, which was great fun. The rest of the time was spent soaking up the sun, beach bbqs of steak and roast veg, surfing, visiting a captive rainforest (less mosquitos than the Amazon - win!) and generally unwinding. Oh and a touch of sunburn. I know I'm sufficiently pasty, no pun intended, to singe in April, yet it takes me by surprise every year.
The Hedgecombers had this to say about it:
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! SO much for yesterday!
It was just what I needed, and I feel so much more in control of my camera and pictures now. Your teaching style is awesome, and you clearly know & understand your subject perfectly, as you can put it across in real simple terms.
Thanks again Kate xx
If you have any workshop requirements, drop me a line - I love a one-to-one learning sesh!
I love seeing work that I've done for people be used and enjoyed. A few weeks ago I shot a lovely Deli and Wine Bar. Seems like they were happy with them.
No job is too small, so please get in touch if you need some pics of your businesses best bits!
Light Up The Dark
I've done a fair amount of work for Hope City Hereford (see a few examples here, and here.)
When they needed a poster advertising their new drop in centre The Lighthouse, for the homeless and those struggling with addictions, providing food and a listening ear, it was my pleasure to oblige.
And the chosen final image... Printed by the wonderful people of ABC Print - I really do recommend them!
Society 6, stockists of my phone covers and other goodies, have just started making iPad cases!
Even more helpful, if you follow this friends and family promo link, you get free shipping until April 14th. Not too shabby.
Anyone want to give me an iPad..?
Screen Printing Workshop
Due to continued interest, I'm running another wee screen printing workshop at The Banyan Tree.
May 18th, only £45. You can see the marvellous results from past workshops just here! The 4 spaces tend to book up fast, so get a shimmy on if you fancy it!
If my blog links take you to external websites, I may be receiving a commission for sharing these products. However, please know that all my reviews are my own thoughts and a true representation, and I would never share anything that I wouldn't or haven't personally used or enjoyed.
