Finished at MOO again. Created and curated an image resource library for them this time. Conveniently was around for the Q1 party at Shoreditch House. Such good snacks.

I survived my second trade show! I was in the Spotted Plus area - the graduated "new talent" area, which was a step up from the one in September. Some lovely new stockists, and some exciting potential future stockists, which I shall keep you posted of. Phone cases and notebooks were particularly popular, and this time I don't need to carve hundreds of bamboo pens afterwards, which is a mixed blessing! I did think I was never going to get out of the car park alive when it came to pack down, but quite a lot of junk food helped soothe the pain... Altogether, I couldn't have done it without my wonderful husband Neil, yielding a spirit level like a boss.
This is happening! Not only have I been handpicked for the "new talent" area Spotted Plus (which gives me double the space to display as I had in September), I've been selected by the Design Editor of The Telegraph Magazine as a featured British designer and manufacturer for their Product UK Showcase. Eek! If you're a retailer and are thinking of visiting, please let me know and I can send you a free entry voucher.
In preparation for Top Drawer, I've got myself some new stationery. I've also created some new lovely packaging for my hand printed earrings and buttons. Perks - thanks moo! Swing by the stand and steal some (business cards, not earrings!)
Here it is! The launch of the projects that I've been working on at moo. Luxe has a seam of colour, either black, blue, red or white. And we got some lovely pressies to say thanks for our work, including a hand written note from the CEO. Ace.
I've just started freelancing for the lovely people at MOO.com.
They may or may not be releasing some shiny new things soon, and I may or may not have been creating graphics and visualisation work for them! With the amount of free food that flies around, the 2 hour ish commute is totally worth it! Following from some lovely logo design, I've been commissioned to design some stationery for Children's online shop Bumbilee. First on the menu, lovely heavyweight business cards.
First, riff through ideas, develop then produce! The Banyan Tree in Brackley - home of Fair Trade products and artisan crafts. Plus now some illustrated and photographic cards and hand printed fabric Kate Moby goods. Yay! Plus they are connected to some pretty exciting workshop news coming soon... Watch this space!
More business card design - again for Midlands based handmade textiles producer Handmade By Joey, who wanted a full size option to compliment the mini cards I produced for her previously. A selection of different solutions from illustrated, photographic and graphic, with the final choice on the right. As the card indicates, check her out.
