Inky Seal Eco Wooden Pin Brooch
A super eco-friendly wooden brooch featuring my hand drawn illustration of a Seal with dripping whiskers, mounted on a silk presentation card. Using clever printing methods, I've turned this illustration into a nature-friendly lasercut birch wood badge, complete with hypoallergenic clutch pin on the rear to be affixed to whatever you feel! Beautifully tactile with layered wooden grain, it's perfect as a nature lovers stocking filler, or anyone collecting enamel pins.
The presentation card is made from FSC registered, fully sustainably sourced cardstock.
All of my designs are created using the same method. Bamboo grows in the garden, which I cut and hand carve into dip pens. Using lots of different coloured inks, I create nature focused illustrations. This illustration was inspired by the amazing BBC series Blue Planet.
