Butterfly Conservation Workshop: Inky Moths + Wildflowers
Fancy learning how to carve and use your own bamboo pen from the comfort of your own home, draw incredible creatures, and raise money for charity all in one fell swoop?
I ran an online workshop to teach how to carve your own bamboo pen and use it to create your own inky masterpieces for the Butterfly Conservation Charity. The live class sold out quickly, but here you can place an order for the video tutorial along with all the materials that you need to run through the workshop at your own convenience.
You’ll receive a box in the post with a link to the video tutorial, your own bamboo pen, inks, worksheets and papers (plus a £5 voucher from me to say thanks) so you’ll have everything you need. It also comes in a beautifully presented box so it's perfect as a creative art gift too.
Focusing on some incredibly colourful moths in amongst a cloud of wildflowers as a final piece, you'll learn a whole range of mark-making, colour mixing and illustrative techniques. Suitable for ages 7+.
Half of the ticket price goes straight to Butterfly Conservation, so you can learn a new skill whilst raising crucial funds to help butterflies and moths in decline in the UK. For more information please contact [email protected].
