People's Trust for Endangered Species Workshop: Inky Hedgehog + Autumn Wreath
Fancy learning how to carve and use your own bamboo pen from the comfort of your own home, draw incredible wildlife, and raise money for conservation all in one fell swoop?
On 26th September 2026 10am-12pm I am running an online workshop to teach you firstly how to carve your own bamboo pen and then to use it to create your own inky masterpiece in support of the People's Trust for Endangered Species. You’ll receive a box in the post with your own ready-carved bamboo pen, a set of 3 powdered inks, all worksheets and papers (plus a £5 voucher from me to say thanks) so you’ll have everything you need. Don't worry if you can't make the live date and still want to take part, as by ordering the box you'll receive the link to the workshop recording to run through the workshop at your own convenience.
Focusing on a beautiful Hedgehog amongst a wreath of autumn leaves as a final piece, you'll also learn a whole range of mark-making, colour mixing and illustrative techniques. Suitable for ages 7+.
