I enjoyed working with a lovely group of ladies on Saturday, teaching my simple screen printing method, and was very impressed with their beautiful results! Seems as though they enjoyed it too.
For more information on latest workshops, please get in touch.
The next Simple Screen Printing workshop will be on the 26th October, at The Banyan Tree in Brackley, Northants, and amazingly there are only a couple of places left! If you'd like to get involved, just drop me a message!
Another lovely afternoon of teaching screen printing the simple way yesterday... Here are the results the lovely ladies came up with!
The image in the bottom right corner was kindly sent through from one of the ladies. She was so inspired that she went out and bought the bits and pieces needed for printing, and added text, a sun and buttons to her design of the leaping deer. I think it looks cracking! And it's so lovely to see people enjoying and using what I have taught them! Ace all round.
I suspect another workshop will be in the diary soon... Get in touch if you want to know more!
Due to continued interest, I'm running another wee screen printing workshop at The Banyan Tree.
May 18th, only £45. You can see the marvellous results from past workshops just here! The 4 spaces tend to book up fast, so get a shimmy on if you fancy it!
I was super chuffed how well my first screen printing workshop went, and very impressed by the creative outcomes the lovely ladies produced! I hope they're all happy with their beautiful tote bags, and feel inspired to try the technique again.
The next one is pencilled in for the 18th May, confirmation coming soon. Please get in touch if you're interested!

A wee while ago, I wrote a screen print tutorial and a fabric label how-to to help out fellow crafters. In a brazen attempt for people to find me on the big wide world of the internet, I've created some "pinterest" style versions, pared down to be as simple as possible. Repin away!
A lovely lady mistook my hand-printed fabric buttons for earrings, which I thought was a jolly marvellous idea! So here is my tiny jewellery range, which you may have spied if you'd popped in to say hi at the Christmas markets last year. Always fun to design new packaging too!
So far available in sets grey, blue and birds in "Midnight" in the shop! Each set will have two large and two small pairs. The earrings are silver plated and nickel free, as are the rings.
Everyone likes things to match, so here are some rings, also available in the shop, so far in large (30mm button) and small (15mm button) birds in "Midnight!" The rings are adjustable and silver plated, and of course, hand printed.
I'm staring down Christmas like a head on collision, but have still managed to sneak some hand made products in there for a couple of First Christmas presents for some tiny people I know. No better time for some personalised zebras printed in Midnight Blue I thought!
Are Zebras just for Christmas, or should I add them to the repertoire?
Some left over bird fabric was just asking for some love! I'm the least koumpounophobic person I know!
Someone spotted my buttons and mistook them for earrings. What a marvellous idea I thought, I'll be sure to rip it off shortly!
